Consider a resolution authorizing the submission of three Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) grant applications through the Texas General Land Office to support infrastructure improvements, flood control and drainage improvements, green infrastructure and flood mitigation for the 2017 Hurricane Harvey Mitigation Competition Round 2.
