UM, WE PRESENTED THIS BEFORE, BUT WE, WE DO FEEL IT'S A, IT'S A NECESSITY UNFORTUNATELY, FOR THE JOB ESPECIALLY, BUT, AND THERE'S A COPY FOR EVERYBODY IF EVERYBODY WANTS, OH, SORRY.

SO THIS IS A, A GROWING SCHEDULE AND WITHIN THE FIRE SERVICE THAT PEOPLE TRULY ENJOY AND THEY WANT TO WORK.
BOTH HAD A LOT, ALSO HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE RELOCATED ON THOSE TERMS, ON THOSE TERMS SPECIFICALLY.
UH, THIS, THIS COMES FROM BOTH OF US.
IT'S KIND OF A REQUEST FOR SOME CLEANUP LANGUAGE OF OUR EXTRA ACTIVE ACTIVITIES OVERTIME LIST.
UH, THE WAY WE HAVE IT, WE HAVE TWO, BASICALLY COUNT OF TWO LISTS NOW.
UH, ONE FOR EXTRA DUTY ACTIVITIES LIKE 4TH OF JULY, GREENO FEST, ALL THESE TYPES OF THINGS.
AND THE, UH, CURRENT CONTRACT LANGUAGE IS VERY, VERY CONVOLUTED AND, UM, BECOMES KIND OF A, A PAIN IN THE
SO WE JUST WANT TO HAVE THE ONE LIST FOR THAT EXTRA ACTIVITIES OVERTIME LIST.
IT'LL BE SENT OUT VIA OUR, UH, ELECTRONIC MEANS THERA OR THE, OR WHATEVER THIS
UM, TO BE SENT OUT THAT WAY BY THE OPERATIONS CHIEF OR HIS, HER DESIGNEE, UM, AT THE TIME WHO'LL BE FILLED BY THE FIRST, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
BASICALLY HE RESPOND TO REQUEST AS LONG AS THEY MEET THE CERTIFICATION LEVEL.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOME OF 'EM MAY REQUIRE A HAZMAT TECH CERTIFICATION AND OR A PARAMEDIC CERTIFICATION.
SO WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THEY, THEY'RE ABLE TO FULFILL THAT AS NEEDED, UH, IN A TIMELY MANNER.
AND THIS IS INTENDED TO REPLACE CORRECT.
WE'VE HAD SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS IN SOME OF OUR LMAS ABOUT HOW TO TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT.
'CAUSE IT'S, IT'S SUPER, SUPER, SUPER CONVOLUTED RIGHT NOW.
LIKE, THEY HAVE TO SUBMIT THEIR NAME TO THE CHIEF, HE HAS TO APPROVE IT.
THEY, YOU GUYS GET THE LIST AND SAYING, OR THE FIRE ADMINISTRATION GETS THE LIST AND SAYING WHAT WE'RE, WHAT WE NEED OWE TIME FOR.
AND THEY SEND ME THEIR NAME, WHAT THEY WANT, THEN I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM FOR APPROVAL.
IT'S A LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS THAT'S NOT NEEDED.
