c. Present the 3rd and 4th of July Celebration schedule and entertainment for 2023.
3. PROPOSED MORATORIUM PROHIBITING NEW MULTI-FAMILY ZONING AMENDMENT REQUESTS
a. Public hearing regarding an ordinance adopting a proposed moratorium prohibiting any new multi-family zoning amendment requests for 120 days.
b. First reading of an ordinance adopting a proposed moratorium prohibiting any new multi-family zoning amendment requests for 120 days.
4. PROPOSED ORDINANCES
a. Consider an ordinance renewing the designation of the Port 10 Logistics Reinvestment Zone and expanding the boundaries of the Zone, now comprised of approximately 265.7534 acres, generally located east of Thompson Road and South of I-10, Harris County, Texas.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing a Tax Abatement Agreement with Port 10 Logistics, LLC. Name of Owner Port 10 Logistics, LLC Name of Applicant Alan D. Feinsilver, President of Port 10 Logistics, LLC Name of Reinvestment Zone Port 10 Logistics Reinvestment Zone Location of Reinvestment Zone 265.7534-acre tract of land located east of Thompson Road and South of I-10, Harris County, Texas Description of General Nature of the Improvements One institutional-grade industrial building of approximately 180,000 square feet for distribution/warehouse purposes Estimated Cost of the Improvements $9,000,000.00
5. DISCUSSIONS
a. Receive the 2022 Baytown Parks and Recreation Annual Report.
6. CONSENT All Consent Agenda items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
7. APPOINTMENTS
a. Consider four (4) appointments to the Baytown Library Board.
b. Consider one (1) appointment to the Baytown Police Advisory Committee.
8. MANAGER'S REPORT Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 551.0415 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council of the City of Baytown may receive a report about items of community interest from City staff and/or a member of the City Council, but no action or possible action shall be taken or discussed concerning the subject of such report, except as provided by Section 551.042 of the Texas Government Code.
