AND, AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL PROCESS THAT WE GOT TO WORK WITH YOUR TEAM, VERY COLLABORATIVE WITH THE PIRATES BAY TEAM.

AND, UH, WE, WE'VE COME UP WITH A REALLY GOOD PRODUCT THAT WE KIND OF WANNA SHOW YOU GUYS AND GET, GET OPINIONS AND THOUGHTS ON IT.

UM, SO FIRST WE'RE GONNA GET A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ARSENAL AND WHO WE ARE.

WE'VE CREATED EVERYTHING FROM TORCHY'S TACOS TO TAYLOR, TEXAS, AND A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN.

WE'VE, WE'VE SPECIALIZED IN A LOT OF CITIES, BUT WE'VE ALSO DONE A LOT OF NON-PROFITS.

UM, RIGHT NOW WE'RE, WE'RE DOING A LOT FOR TDOT AND BASAR COUNTY.

UH, WE REDESIGNED THE LBJ, UH, PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY AND TEXAS XS AND OTHER THINGS, BUT WE SPECIALIZE IN BUILDING BRANDS THAT WILL PROBABLY STAND THE TEST OF TIME AND, AND LAST FOREVER.

SO WHEN WE TRY TO BUILD SOMETHING, WE BUILD IT FOREVER SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO CONSTANTLY GO BACK AND REBRAND THINGS.

SO PIRATES BAY WATERPARK.

UM, I WANTED TO TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR CURRENT BRAND AND, AND THE PROBLEMS THAT, THAT Y'ALL HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH IT AND, AND WHY WE WERE KIND OF CONTRACTED TO COME IN AND FIX IT.

THE CURRENT BRAND, THE PIRATE.

WELL, FIRST OF ALL, IT DOESN'T SAY WATER PARK ANYWHERE, SO IT'S HARD TO KNOW IF THIS BRAND IS OUT BY ITSELF.

YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT WHAT IT IS OR WHAT Y'ALL ARE DOING.

UM, THE TYPE IS HARD TO WORK WITH AND IT'S HARD TO READ, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SHRINK IT DOWN.

UH, THE PIRATE ITSELF HAS LOTS AND LOTS OF DETAIL AND THAT'S GREAT IF IT WAS ARTWORK.

BUT AN ACTUAL LOGO, WHEN YOU SHRINK IT DOWN, IT JUST TURNS INTO MUD AND YOU CAN'T READ WHAT IT IS.

SO WHAT I'D LIKE TO DO IS KIND OF SHOW YOU THE COMPETITORS THAT WE'RE DEALING WITH, AND HERE'S JUST A FEW OF THE BIGGER NAMES HERE IN TEXAS.

I JUST WANNA GET Y'ALL COMFORTABLE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH.

I THINK THERE'S A LOT OF GOOD WORK HERE, BUT I THINK THAT IT JUST SAYS NAMES.

THERE'S NO REAL PERSONALITY TO THESE BRANDS AND IT REALLY GAVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAND OUT AMONGST OUR COMPETITORS AND ACTUALLY, I THINK DESIGN SOMETHING AWESOME THAT'S WAY BETTER THAN WHAT THEY HAVE.

SO I'D LIKE TO INTRODUCE YOU TO OUR NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR BAYTOWN AND PIRATES BAY.

AND THIS IS CAPTAIN BLUE BEARD AND WE NAMED HIM BLUE BEARD BECAUSE, WELL, HE HAS A BLUE BEARD, BUT ALSO FOR WATER.

AND THEN HIS SIDEKICK, UM, PEG LEG POLY.

AND YOU CAN'T TELL THAT THE POLY HAS A PEG LEG IN THIS IMAGE, BUT HE DOES.

AND SO THROUGHOUT THE PARK, IF WE USE P POLY PEG, LEG PEG, LEG POLY, SORRY, OR UH, CAPTAIN BLUE BEARD, WE WOULD END UP, YOU, YOU'D ACTUALLY SEE MORE OF THE CHARACTERS.

SO YOU MIGHT HAVE LIKE A, A RIDE HEIGHT SIGN WHERE HE IS POINTING OUT, OR YOU'D HAVE POLLY WITH A WING OUT AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

DID I SAY SOMETHING WRONG? NO, WE WERE JUST SAYING THAT, UM, THE PI THE PARROT IS NOW GOING TO TRANSFER OVER TO CALYPSO ALSO.

AND HERE ARE THE TWO SIDE BY SIDES.

SO YOU CAN KIND OF SEE AS YOU SHRINK ONE, ONE OR THE OTHER DOWN, YOU'RE GONNA CLEARLY BE ABLE TO SEE THE ONE ON THE LEFT AND THE DETAILS.

, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE LOGO HAS A LOT OF VERSATILITY TO THE BRAND.

SO IF YOU'RE DESIGNING SHIRTS FOR MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF TO HATS TO THINGS THAT YOU'RE GONNA SELL TO SUNGLASSES, TO BUMPER STICKERS, TO ANYTHING DIGITAL, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE HAD LOTS OF VARIETIES SO THAT WE CAN TAKE THIS LOGO INTO ALL THOSE AREAS.

THE ONES ON THE LEFT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE WITH YOU HAVE WITH AND WITHOUT PIRATE VERSIONS, YOU HAVE MORE OF A HORIZONTAL.

ON THE PRIMARY IT SAYS PRIMARY ABOVE IT, AND THEN SECONDARY, WHICH IS MORE OF A VERTICAL LOGO.

UM, THE PRIMARY LOGO ON THE LEFT, YOU HAVE A VERSION WITH AND WITHOUT THE PIRATE.

IF YOU'RE IN THE PARK, A LOT OF TIMES YOU'RE NOT GONNA WANT TO PUT BAYTOWN TEXAS BECAUSE YOU'RE IN BAYTOWN.

IT'S GOOD TO HAVE THE DIFFERENT SHAPE SIZE LOGOS SO THAT THEY'LL FIT IN DIFFERENT PERIMETERS.

UM, FOR INSTANCE, IF YOU'RE PAINTING THE SIDE OF YOUR WATER TOWER, THE ONE ON THE, YOU KNOW, THE ONE WITHOUT THE PIRATE, YOU COULD ACTUALLY EXPAND THAT TIGHT, BIGGER.

'CAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE PIRATE IN THE LOGO, SO YOU DON'T NEED TO ACCOUNT FOR THE ROOM FOR HIM.

SO THERE'S GONNA BE, YOU KNOW, AND ALSO IF A BUMPER STICKER, YOU'D PROBABLY WANT THE ONE WITHOUT THE PARROT, SO, OR THE PIRATE SO THAT YOU CAN EXPAND THE SIZE OF THE TYPE.

THEY'RE GONNA BE POTENTIAL TO USE BOTH OF THESE ELEMENTS FOR WHEN I TALKED ABOUT DIGITAL EARLIER.

SOMETIMES WITH FACEBOOK OR YOUTUBE, YOU HAVE SUCH A SMALL AREA TO WORK WITH.

UM, I THINK IT'S 180 BY 180 OR 360 BY 360 PIXELS, WHICH IS TINY.

BUT THESE ELEMENTS, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO SEE PRETTY WELL IN THAT.

AND IF YOU HAD A GIANT LOGO, YOU USUALLY CAN'T READ IT.

SO THESE ACTUALLY TAKE UP THAT SPACE REALLY WELL.

L AND THEN I WANNA TALK ABOUT, UM, THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE IN COMMON.

WE WANTED TO HAVE, UM, WE WANTED TO HAVE ELEMENTS OF OUR LOGO THAT ACTUALLY, UH, WE INCORPORATED FROM THE ORIGINAL BAYTOWN LOGO SO THAT WE HAD, UM, COMPLIMENTARY, I'M TRYING TO THINK OF THE WORD, NOT SYMBIOTIC, BUT SO THAT WE, WE ALL LOOK LIKE WE'RE THE SAME BRAND.

WE HAVE UNIFORMITY ACROSS THE BRAND WITH OUR BRAND AND YOUR BRAND.

SO WE HAVE ACTUALLY TAKEN THE GREEN THAT YOU'RE USING IN, IN THE, UH, PLANT LIFE.

AND WE'RE ACTUALLY TAKING THE, THE DARK BLUE TO INCORPORATE IN OUR LOGO.

AND YOU CAN SEE THE PMS LOGOS IN THE MIDDLE.

UM, WE TRY TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF COLORS JUST BECAUSE IF YOU GET INTO SILK SCREENING OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, EVERY COLOR COUNTS FOR MORE.

AND SO WE'RE ACTUALLY GONNA HAVE VERSIONS OF ONE COLOR VERSIONS OF THIS ALSO.

SO YOU'LL HAVE A, JUST A GREEN VERSION, A BLUE VERSION, A BLACK VERSION, A WHITE VERSION THAT'S ALL ONE COLOR.

SO WE'LL SIMPLIFY THIS IN THE BRAND STANDARDS GOING FORWARD.

SO YOU'LL HAVE VERY EASY TO USE, UH, THINGS THAT ONLY INCORPORATE ONE COLOR FOR SILK SCREENING OR, OR THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO YOU'D HAVE ANOTHER EIGHT, BUT WE'LL, WE'LL TOTALLY LOOK AT IT.

AND I LIKE THE YELLOW DON'T GO TOO FAR WITH IT.

SO, UM, BUT YOU CAN LOOK AT IT AND THERE'S ALSO, THERE'S ALSO NEW TYPES OF PRINTING FOR SILKSCREEN.

SO IF YOU DO A FOUR COLOR PRINTING, IT'S DIFFERENT.

SO YEAH, I UNDERSTAND.

I MEAN, YOU CAN DO IT WITH FOUR COLOR.

IT, IT'S AFFORDABLE IF YOU DO FOUR COLOR, IT JUST, A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T WANNA PRINT ENOUGH TO DO THE FOUR COLOR PRINTING.

I, I THINK IT'S VERY GOOD.

IT'S MUCH IMPROVED FROM WHAT WE HAD BEFORE.

IT NEVER OCCURRED TO ME THAT IT DIDN'T SAY WATERPARK AND ALL THE OTHER WATERPARKS DID.

IT TIED TO OUR CITY LOGO, WHICH IS REALLY SMART.
