a. Consider an ordinance granting the West Baytown Civic Association a variance to the Live Outdoor Exhibition Ordinance regarding the distance requirement from residential areas for the End of School Neighborhood Party to be held on June 3, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Bergeron Park, which is located at 1520 Louisiana, Baytown, Texas 77520.

b. Consider an ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the Baytown Municipal Development District to fund a professional services agreement for the redevelopment of the Brunson Theater located at 315 W. Texas Avenue.
