a. Consider approving the minutes of the City Council Special Meeting, Retreat, Day 1, held on January 10, 2020.
b. Consider approving the minutes of the City Council, Baytown Municipal Development District, and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Joint Meeting hled on February 20, 2020.
a. Consider an ordinance authorizing a professional service agreement with Kendig Keast Collaborative, LLC, for the Baytown 2040 Comprehensive Plan and Bayway Drive Corridor Plan.
a. Consider an ordinance authorizing an earnest money contract with Robert and Estela Rodriguez for the purchase of Lot 57, Block 1, Ginger Creek Estates Section 3, Harris County, Texas, and an earnest money contract with Jose Rodriguez for the purchase of Lot 58, Block 1, Ginger Creek Estates Section 3, Harris County, Texas, for Ginger Creek Park.
b. Consider an ordinance repealing Section 2-617 "Municipal court fees" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, regarding the building security fee, the juvenile case manager fee and the administrative fee on complaints reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety for denial of a driver's license renewal; and amending Section 2-618 "Same - Special expense fees" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to re-characterize the special expense as a fine.
c. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 18 "Buildings and Building Regulations," Article I "In General," Section 18-1 "Registration," Subsection (c) "Required" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to remove the registration requirement for general contractors when working on commercial structures.
d. Consider an ordinance amending Section 2-595 "Fees for various city services," Subsection (4) "Parks and recreation services," Subsection (a) of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to update fees for Pirates Bay and encourage online purchase of tickets.
e. Consider an ordinance authorizing an interlocal cooperation contract with the Texas Department of Public Safety regarding the denial of a driver's license renewal for failure to appear in the Municipal Court of Record in the City of Baytown Texas, or for failure to pay certain fines and costs.
f. Consider an ordinance authorizing the acceptance, closeout and release of remaining amount of 2.5% of retainage for the Garth Road Right Right Turn Lanes Project.
g. Consider an ordinance authorizing the purchase and installation of 600 desktop computers and 60 laptops from Dell Marketing LP., via the Texas Department of Information Resources.
h. Consider a resolution authorizing the Chambers County Mosquito Control Department to use aerial application methods for the purpose of mosquito control within the Chambers County portion of Baytown.
i. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the FY2019 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program on behalf of the Fire Department.
j. Consider a resolution transferring unencumbered appropriations in the Fiscal Year 2018-19 General Fund Budget to cover budget overruns in the budgets of the City Clerk, Police, Fire, and Public Works Departments.
