3. PROPOSED SPECIAL EVENTS ALCOHOL POLICY
a. Consider an ordinance amending Section 6-2 "Sales near schools, churches, hospitals or day care facilities" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to permit alcoholic beverages for special events held at the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Education and Recreation Center and the Wayne Gray Sports Complex.
b. Consider an ordinance amending Section 70-8 "Alcoholic beverages" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to permit alcoholic beverages at Town Square, the Baytown Nature Center, Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Education and Recreation Center, Russell Park, Wayne Gray Sports Complex, and Evergreen Park.
a. Consider an ordinance waiving the application fee for zoning map amendments for individual properties within the 2017 involuntary annexation areas.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing the closeout and acceptance of the San Jacinto Lift Station Project and release of retainage to Peltier Brothers Construction, Ltd.
c. Consider an ordinance awarding the West Baytown - Ward Road - Quail Hollow Pipebursting Project to CZ Construction, LLC.
d. Consider an ordinance approving Change Order No. 6 between Baytown Area Water Authority and Pepper Lawson Waterworks, LLC, for the BAWA 6 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant Project.
e. Consider an ordinance authorizing a Water Supply and Waste Disposal Agreement with Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 213-A.
f. Consider an ordinance authorizing the conveyance of a 20' force main easement to Harris County Municipal Utility District No 213-A.
g. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of the Cityworks Asset Management Software from Azteca Systems, Inc.
h. Consider an ordinance renewing the Annual Fittings, Valves and Meter Boxes Contract with Ferguson Waterworks.
j. Consider an ordinance approving an amendment to the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget in order to transfer funds from Contingencies (20701-99001) to Machinery and Equipment (20701-84042) for the purchase of one (1) 32' CBRNE terrorism response watercraft.
k. Consider an ordinance authorizing the purchase of one (1) 32' CBRNE terrorism response watercraft from NW Bend Boats, LLC, for the Baytown Fire Department.
