Conduct the first public hearing regarding the involuntary annexation of the property described in the Greentransport Facility Minor Plat, a subdivision of 74.25-acres located in the John Steele Survey, Abstract 227, Chambers County, Texas, save and except the property that was annexed by City of Baytown pursuant to Ordinance No. 10,752

Conduct the second public hearing regarding the involuntary annexation of the property described in the Greentransport Facility Minor Plat, a subdivision of 74.25-acres located in the John Steele Survey, Abstract 227, Chambers County, Texas, save and except the property that was annexed by the City of Baytown pursuant to Ordinance No. 10,752

a. Consider a resolution calling for two (2) special meetings of the City Council to be held on (i) Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 5:30 P.M., and (ii) Thursday, December 20, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
a. Consider an ordinance awarding the 2019 Annual Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project to Texas Pride Utilities, LLC.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of the Annual Concrete Work Contract with Teamwork Construction Services, Inc.
c. Consider an ordinance authorizing the purchase of two (2) 2019 International HV607 30-yard grapple dump trucks from Southwest International Trucks-Arlington through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (BuyBoard) for the Public Works Department.
d. Consider an ordinance awarding the Annual Police Uniforms Contract with Galls, LLC, formally known as Red the Uniform Tailor.
e. Consider an ordinance authorizing an Industrial District Agreement with Cryogenic Vessel Alternatives, Inc.
f. Consider an ordinance authorizing an Industrial District Agreement with JR Intermodal Resources, Ltd.
g. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of the Cisco network equipment support (SmartNet) offered by Presidio Network Solutions Group, LLC, using Texas Department of Information Resources contract DIR-TSO-4167.
h. Consider a resolution accepting a donation from Jay Eshbach for a portion of the cost of the equestrian statue of Sam Houston.
