b. Consider an ordinance authorizing the Master Development Agreement with Garfield Public/Private LLC, and the Baytown Municipal Development District for the Baytown Hotel and Convention Center Project.
d. Consider a resolution approving the budget for the Baytown Convention Center Project.
a. Consider an ordinance authorizing a Lease Agreement with Williams Scotsman, Inc., for a 64' x 48' modular unit and ancillary products.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing an Industrial District Agreement with El Dorado Nitrogen, L.L.C.
c. Consider an ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the Baytown Municipal Development District for the purchase of future park land.
d. Consider an ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the Baytown Municipal Development District for the JC Holloway Park Parking Lot Improvement Project.
e. Consider an ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the Baytown Municipal Development District for the Crockett Park and Baybrook Place Subdivision Trail Connection Project.
f. Consider an ordinance authorizing the sole source purchase of Axiall Accu-Tab Hypochlorite Solution Tablets for water park maintenance from Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc.
g. Consider an ordinance authorizing the sole source purchase of Neptune water meters, parts, and supplies for meter maintenance from Core & Main LP.
h. Consider an ordinance awarding the Annual Large Meter Testing and Repair of Neptune Water Meters Contract to Southern Flowmeter, Inc.
i. Consider an ordinance authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2019 Mack GR64B Cab and Chassis With Cemen-Tech Concrete Dispenser from Grande Truck Center through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC).
j. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of the Annual Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Contract to Gold Star Petroleum, Inc.
k. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 94 "Traffic and Vehicles," Article IV "Specific Street Regulations," Section 94-121 "Schedules enumerated" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas to amend Schedule VIII "Designation- No Parking Zones" to designate portions of Market Street and Carnegie Street as no parking zones and no standing zones.
m. Consider an ordinance adopting the Incentive Policy for the Baytown Revitalization Incentive Zone to exercise certain municipal powers in such neighborhood empowerment zone.
n. Consider a resolution renewing the Baytown Revitalization Incentive Zone, a neighborhood empowerment zone within a portion of the City of Baytown.
