a. Consider an ordinance authorizing the closeout, acceptance and release of retainage for the Hugh Wood Lift Station, Little Missouri Lift Station, and I-10 No. 1 Lift Station Improvements Project.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing the closeout, acceptance, and final payment for the 2015 Mill & Overlay Project - Year 3, with Angel Brothers Enterprises, LTD.
c. Consider an ordinance granting pipeline permits to Lone Star Mont Belvieu LP, for three new pipelines, which will cross Bayway Drive and Wooster Road.
d. Consider an ordinance authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with Lee College District for the use of their Wellness Center and Swimming Pool by the City Council Members and City employees.
e. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42 "Health and Sanitation," Article V "Live Outdoor Exhibitions," Section 42-286 "Permit required" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to exempt events held at Town Square from the requirements of the Live Outdoor Exhibition Ordinance, including those within a two block radius from Town Square.
f. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 86 "Solid Waste" of the Code of Ordinances to prohibit discarding hazardous waste in the residential trash collection.

c. The Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Waste Collection Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the City of Baytown Storage Facility, located at 1200 Lee Drive, Baytown, Texas, from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
