a. Consider an ordinance authorizing a partial release of retainage to Peltier Brothers Construction, LTD., for the San Jacinto Lift Station Project.
b. Consider an ordinance authorizing the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the San Jacinto Boulevard Phase II Project.
c. Consider an ordinance authorizing the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the Baytown Municipal Development District for the funding of property acquisition costs related to the San Jacinto Boulevard Project.
d. Consider an ordinance authorizing the Third Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with Harris County for property acquisition costs related to the San Jacinto Boulevard Project.
e. Consider an ordinance authorizing the Second Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with YoYo LLC, Series, to extend the completion date of this Project.
