k. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of an interlocal agreement with the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool as the administrator for the City's property and casualty insurance.
l. Consider an ordinance authorizing the renewal of an agreement with United Healthcare of Texas, Inc., as the carrier/administrator for the City of Baytown's medical and pharmaceutical claims.
m. Consider an ordinance authorizing the closeout, acceptance, and release of retainage to Gulf States Protective Coatings, Inc., for the Massey Tompkins Water Tower Rehabilitation Project.
