4. PROPOSED ORDINANCES
a. Consider a resolution directing the preparation of a service plan for the involuntary annexation of approximately 228+ acres, generally located east of John Martin Road and west of Garth Road on the north and south side of West Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road, including multiple parcels, the Harris County Flood Control drainage ditch, and the Archer Road right-of-way, east of their intersections with John Martin Road in Harris County, Texas.
a. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 94 "Traffic and Vehicles," Article IV "Specific Street Regulations" of the Code of Ordinances, to authorize the installation of one (1) stop sign on Wildwood Drive at its intersection with Wildrose Drive and one (1) stop sign on Wildrose Drive at its intersection with Wildwood Drive.
b. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 94 "Traffic and Vehicles," Article IV "Specific Street Regulations," Section 94-121 "Schedules enumerated" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to establish a speed limit and school zone on Blue Heron Parkway.
8. MANAGER'S REPORT Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 551.0415 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council of the City of Baytown may receive a report about items of community interest from City staff and/or a member of the City Council, but no action or possible action shall be taken or discussed concerning the subject of such report, except as provided by Section 551.042 of the Texas Government Code.
