a. Consider an ordinance approving a construction contract for the Baytown Area Water Authority High Service Pump Station Improvements Project.
b. Consider an ordinance approving the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for the the Baytown Area Water Authority 6 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant.
c. Consider an ordinance authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Abercrombie Planning + Design, for consulting services related to the Fire Training Facility - Phase III Project.
d. Consider an ordinance authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Hart, Gaugler & Associates, Inc., for the design of the Fire Training Facility - Phase III Project.
e. Consider an ordinance amending the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2016-2017 budget in order to reprogram funds from fund balance to the operating and capital budget for the ISO rating study agreement and fire training props.
f. Consider an ordinance authorizing the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with BBG Consulting, Inc., for commercial inspection services, commercial plan review services, and residential plan review services.
h. Consider an ordinance renewing the Annual Fittings, Valves and Meter Boxes Contract.
i. Consider an ordinance renewing the Annual Police Uniforms Contract with Red the Uniform Tailor.
j. Consider an ordinance authorizing payment to Kraftsman, L.P., for the purchase and installation of a Basketball Court Pavilion at Walter L. Jenkins Park through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (Buy Board).
k. Consider a resolution denying CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC's Distribution Cost Recovery Factor Rate Increase; and authorizing (i) participation in the Texas Coast Utilities Coalition, (ii) intervention in related rate proceedings at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and (iii) retention of special counsel.
l. Consider a resolution approving the City of Baytown's Investment Policy and Strategy Statement in accordance with the Public Fund's Investment Act.
a. The City of Baytown Parks and Recreation Department will celebrate Arbor Day on Friday, April 28, 2017, at the Town Square from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
b. Pirates Bay Water Park opens for its eighth season on Saturday, April 29, 2017.
c. The Lee College Theatre Department will present William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” on Friday, April 28, 2017, and Saturday, April 29, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Square located at 213 W. Texas Ave.
d. The Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Waste Collection Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2017, at the City of Baytown Storage Facility, located at 1200 Lee Drive, Baytown, Texas, from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
