Consider authorizing the First Amendment to the Economic Development Agreement under Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Gov’t Code with Chambers Town Center, Ltd, to incorporate a sign plan, to update certain dates and to provide an additional economic incentive for an additional retail project at the south east corner of 146 N and I-10.
