UM, WE ARE STILL PROPOSING THAT WE REMOVE THE VACATION AND THE HOLIDAY, UM, AND HAVE THAT TREATED AS NON-WORK TIME.

AND THEN IN THAT ARTICLE, 'CAUSE WE WOULD, UM, SIGN THE WHOLE ARTICLE, UH, KEEPING IN SOME PREVIOUS THINGS THAT WE TALKED ABOUT, TITLE CHANGES ON POSITION, AS WELL AS, UM, THE REQUESTS Y'ALL HAD FOR THE OVERTIME, HOW Y'ALL CALL THAT IN.

UM, IN TERMS OF THE BASE COMPENSATION, UM, WE ARE STAYING, UM, MOSTLY WITH OUR ORIGINAL PROPOSAL THAT WE AGREED TO, UM, WITH THE NET OF A 4% FOR FY 26.

AND I SAY NET BECAUSE THAT'S INCLUSIVE OF THAT 1.5, UH, PERCENT INCREASE THAT HAS ALREADY OCCURRED AS OF JULY BECAUSE OF THE SWITCH FROM THE 4 28 TO THE 14 DAY.

SO BETWEEN THAT AND THE ADDITIONAL, UM, TWO AND HALF PERCENT, IT STILL ARE REALIZED 4% OVER YOUR FY 25 UM, SALARY.

UM, AND THEN WE ARE PROPOSING, UM, TO GO AHEAD AND MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR ORIGINAL OFFICE OFFER FOR YEARS TWO AND THREE.

SO THAT'S A 4.25 AND A FOUR FIVE, UM, WITH WA WAGE ER FOR YEARS FOUR AND FIVE.

UM, AND THE REASON, UM, FOR THAT CHANGE IS AS WE DISCUSSED LAST TIME MOVING, UM, THE REASON, UH, FOR THAT, AS WE DISCUSSED THE LAST TIME, THE MOVE FROM THE 28 TO THE 14 EIGHT, UM, DOES CARRY WITH IT, UM, IN COST.

AND SO THAT IS PART OF, UM, WHY WE DECIDED TO HOLD ON YOURS FOUR AND FIVE AND COME BACK WITH ERS, THE CITY FALLS.

THE MEMBERSHIP REALLY WANTED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE STAY ON THAT 14 DAY PAY CYCLE, WORK CYCLE, HAVE IT IN THE CONTRACT THAT IT SAYS THAT.

SO IF YOU DON'T AGREE, WE STAY WITH THAT FOREVER UNTIL WE AGREE ON SOMETHING
