b. Certify the names on the eligibility list created from the Promotional Test and Assessment Center for the position of Police Sergeant.

c. Consider amending Local Civil Service Rules, Chapter 4, Section 4.09, "Eligibility Standards for Beginning Position in the Police Department" of the City of Baytown Firefighters' and Police Officers' Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
