UM, AND WE'VE ALSO MADE THE, UH, THE INCENTIVE A LITTLE BIT MORE, WHICH IS, UH, GOING FROM A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE 80% TO 1,250, AND THEN THE 90% TO 2,250, JUST RAISING IT BY $250 EACH.

UM, BUT THE BIGGEST THING IS THAT IT'LL BE VOLUNTARY ACROSS THE BOARD FOR ALL OFFICERS.

UH, 16 AGREEMENT CLAUSE, IT'S GONNA STAY THE SAME.

UM, THE SAVINGS CLAUSE, ARTICLE 17 IS GONNA STAY THE SAME.

AND THEN, UH, OF COURSE, THE DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT'S GONNA DEPEND ON WHAT WE AGREE ON AT THE END OF THE, UH, NEGOTIATION YEAR.

UH, IT COULD BE NEXT YEAR, BUT WE ARE REQUESTING A ONE YEAR, UM, AT THIS TIME, TIME OF THE AGREEMENT ALWAYS DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.

YEAH, WE HAD A THAT CLAUSE IN YEARS AGO, BUT RIGHT.

IT WAS TIED TO SALES TAX REVENUES OR SOMETHING.

SO, UH, WE ARE PRESENTING THAT, UH, THIS PILOT PROGRAM START OFF AGAIN WITH THE PD AND THEN HOPEFULLY IT CAN GO CITYWIDE, UM, TO ASSIST ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY WITH DAYCARE DURING THE DAY.

UM, AS WE ALL KNOW, SOMETIMES CHILDCARE IS TOUGH.

SO IS, IS THIS JUST TO OFFER THIS SPACE AND FOR C FOR THE CITY TO SET UP THE CONTRACT, BUT THEN EMPLOYEES ARE PAYING THE FULL COST OF IT? OR IS THIS A SUB SUBSIDIZED OR IS THIS LIKE FULLY CITY FUNDED? FULLY CITY FUNDED.

AND IT'S GONNA BE WITH OUR CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE PD ALSO OR THE COMPLEX.

SO YEAH, WOULD BE HELPFUL TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD WANT USE THAT.
