UM, AS YOU ALL ARE PROBABLY AWARE, WE'RE CONTINUING OUR DISCUSSIONS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF, UM, OF THE CIP, ALL OF THIS, UH, ALL THESE DISCUSSIONS. UM, HOPEFULLY ENDING UP WITH A FORMAL RECOMMENDATION TO THE FULL COUNCIL, UH, FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, UH, PLAN FOR FY 25 THROUGH 29. UH, FY 25, UH, WOULD BE THE YEAR THAT WOULD BE FUNDED IN THE UPCOMING, UH, BUDGET DISCUSSIONS, UH, THE REMAINING FOUR YEARS OR FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. AND SO WE'RE GONNA HAVE OUR DISCUSSIONS ON THE, UM, HOPEFULLY THE LAST, UH, THREE CATEGORIES. AND THEN, UH, AT THAT POINT WE'LL BE READY TO FORMALIZE, UH, EVERYTHING, COME BACK, UH, WITH A, UH, A RECOMMENDATION THAT YOU ALL CAN, UM, CAN VOTE ON. SO AS WE DISCUSSED, WE'RE GOING TO COVER THE, UH, PARTS, UH, SYSTEM, UH, PARKS AND REC, UH, SYSTEM AND, UH, RELATED CIP, UH, AS WE'VE TALKED ABOUT WITH THE OTHER CATEGORIES. UM, LOOKING AT THE INVENTORY, YOU KNOW, THERE WE HAVE 53 PARKS, FIVE MAJOR TRAILS. AND, UM, YOU KNOW, OUR PREVIOUS PLANNING EFFORTS, UH, IN TERMS OF BUDGET HAS REALLY VARIED BASED ON WHAT PROJECTS WERE SELECTED OR PRIORITIZED BY COUNCIL. UM, WE'RE GOING TO TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT, UM, HOW SOME ASSESSMENTS AND, UH, PROGRAMMING, YOU KNOW, AFFECT, UH, I GUESS SOME OF OUR FUTURE PROJECTS AND THE PRIORITIZATION OF THOSE. UH, ONCE AGAIN, TALKING ABOUT THE INVENTORY, UH, THIS COMES STRAIGHT FROM THE MASTER PLAN, UH, FORKS MASTER PLAN. UM, SO YOU SEE THE, UH, LOCATIONS, THE, UH, THE TRAILS AND WHATNOT THERE. SO, UM, FOR A CITY OUR SIZE, WE REALLY DO HAVE A, UH, A ROBUST PARK SYSTEM. AND I THINK IT'S, UM, YOU KNOW, ONE OF OUR, UH, YOU KNOW, DEFINITELY A MAJOR ASSET TO THE CITY AND, AND THE RESIDENTS. AND SO THESE ARE SOME OF THE PREVIOUS PROJECTS THAT HAD BEEN, UH, FUNDED. UM, SOME OF WHICH, UH, MAY STILL NEED, UH, ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR COMPLETION OR FOR, OR FOR FUTURE PHASES. UM, YOU'LL SEE, UH, THE WAYNE GRAY SPORTS COMPLEX. WE'RE GONNA TALK A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THAT AS WE KIND OF MOVE ALONG. UM, SOME OF THESE THINGS ARE KIND OF, UM, UH, I GUESS, UH, STILL BEING REVIEWED SPECIFICALLY. WE'LL MENTION WAYNE GRAY, THE LAKEWOOD DOG PARK AND THE DISC GOLF COURSE. UH, SO, UM, WE'RE PROBABLY GOING TO LOOK AT TAKING AN ALTERNATE APPROACH WITH THOSE, OR AT AT THE VERY LEAST, PHASING THOSE, UM, TO WHERE WE CAN CONFIRM THE AMOUNT OF PRIOR FUNDING THAT WE HAVE FOR EACH, AND HAVE A SCOPE THAT LETS US ACCOMPLISH AT LEAST PART OF, UM, OF WHAT THE PROJECT GOAL IS FOR WHAT'S AVAILABLE. UH, FOR, UM, A MAJORITY OF WHAT YOU'RE GONNA SEE TODAY, THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FUNDING IN, UH, FY 25 BEING PROPOSED FOR A MAJORITY OF WHAT YOU'RE GONNA SEE TODAY. UM, VERY QUICKLY, WAYNE GRAY, UH, WE'RE GOING TO, WE DO NOT, UM, I GUESS IN TERMS OF WHAT'S AVAILABLE, I THINK WE'RE LEANING TOWARDS, UM, I GUESS PROBABLY HALF OR SO OF, UH, WHAT YOU SEE THERE IN TERMS OF PRIOR FUNDING. UM, LAKEWOOD DOG PARK. UH, WE'RE GOING TO LOOK AT, UM, OR AT LEAST THE PROPOSAL THAT YOU GET, UH, WHEN WE TALK RECOMMENDATION, AND WE CAN TALK A LITTLE BIT MORE, UH, IF YOU ALL ARE INTERESTED. UH, BUT THE ORIGINAL SITE THAT WAS SELECTED FOR THIS WHEN PARKS WAS DOING THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND GOT A SURVEY TURNS OUT THAT, UH, THE CITY DOESN'T ACTUALLY OWN, UH, THE ENTIRETY OF THE AREA THAT, UH, WAS ORIGINALLY IDENTIFIED. SO WE'RE LOOKING AT AN ALTERNATE SITE THAT, UM, WE BELIEVE THAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH WHAT WAS INTENDED AT AN ALTERNATE SITE, UH, DISC GOLF COURSE. UM, AS I UNDERSTAND IT, I THINK WE HAVE ABOUT, UM, I WANNA [00:05:01] SAY ABOUT 610,000 OF THAT PRIOR FUNDING STILL AVAILABLE. UH, WE ARE LOOKING AT ALTERNATE LOCATIONS, UM, RATHER THAN SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY TO, UH, COMPLETELY, UH, CLEAN OUT, DEVELOP THAT ONE SITE, UH, WE DO HAVE, UM, A PRELIMINARY, UH, SOME POSSIBILITIES FOR LOOKING AT, UH, AT EVERGREEN AND RECREATING A DISC GOLF COURSE THERE THAT WE BELIEVE WE CAN ACCOMPLISH THAT FOR, UM, FOR WHAT IS AVAILABLE AND FOREGO ANY ADDITIONAL FUNDING. WE CAN CERTAINLY TALK MORE ABOUT THAT AS WE CONTINUE THROUGH THE PRESENTATION. THOSE ARE THE THREE MAIN, UM, ITEMS THAT, UH, UM, THAT HAVE PROPOSED CHANGES BASED ON FUNDING, UM, TRYING TO AVOID, UH, FUTURE FUNDING. UH, THE NUMBERS YOU WILL SEE, YOU MAY SEE THOSE, UM, THOSE FUTURE FUNDING NUMBERS INCLUDED IN THE TABLES. UH, ONCE THE FORMAL, ONCE WE HAVE DISCUSSION AND HAVE A FORMAL RECOMMENDATION, UH, THAT'LL BE REVISED BASED ON THE FEEDBACK THAT WE RECEIVED. QUICK, QUICK QUESTION GOING ON, YOU SAID THERE WAS ABOUT 600 SOME THOUSAND LEFT ON THE, THE GOLF BOARD? YES, SIR. YOU'VE ALREADY SPENT A COUPLE HUNDRED THOUSAND, UM, I BELIEVE ON THE PLAN, ON THE CLEARING, CORRECT? JUST ON THE PLAN OR JUST SOME MONEY ON CLEARING ENGINEERING? I JUST WANT TO BE SURE THAT, THAT, I THOUGHT THAT'S WHAT IT WOULD BE. THIS FOR THAT. CAN I TAKE, IS THIS GONNA COME BACK UP LATER? 'CAUSE I HAVE LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT. YEAH. UH, WELL, AS WE GET INTO THE, THE DIFFERENT PROJECT CATEGORIES, WE CAN GO IN DETAIL AND TALK THROUGH AND GO FROM THERE. AND ONCE AGAIN, LET ME BE VERY UPFRONT, YOU KNOW, THIS IS A DISCUSSION, YOU KNOW, WE'RE NOT, YOU KNOW, WE HAVEN'T MADE DECISIONS OR DONE ANYTHING THAT WOULD, YOU KNOW, PAINT US IN ANY CORNER. SO THAT'S WHY WE, YOU KNOW, WE'RE GONNA HAVE THE DISCUSSIONS TODAY AND THEN HAVE THAT REFLECTED IN THE RECOMMENDATION. SO, AND I'M GOING TO TURN IT OVER TO CLIFF, AND CLIFF WILL KIND OF RUN THROUGH WITH, UM, SOME OF THE PROJECT PLANNING ASSUMPTION AND GO FROM THERE. YEAH. SO AS, AS BRANDON SAID, UM, YOU KNOW, FUNDING FOR PROJECTS HAS BEEN KIND OF MIXED IN THE PAST FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES AND WHATNOT. AND, UH, WE WANTED TO KIND OF SHOW YOU GUYS, UH, WHAT WHAT WE LOOKED AT WHEN WE DEVELOPED PROJECTS IS THEN HOW WE KIND OF PRIORITIZED THEM. AND SO REALLY BRIEFLY, WE'RE GONNA RUN THROUGH A COUPLE OF THINGS. THE FIRST THING WE ALWAYS LOOK AT AS OUR MASTER PLAN IS BRENT. SO THAT'S A A 600 PAGE DOCUMENT, UH, THAT WAS, UH, UH, DONE, UM, FOUR YEARS AGO, FIVE YEARS AGO. UH, THAT REALLY IS THE, IS THE CORNERSTONE OF WHAT WE DO WHEN WE LOOK AT ANY OF THOSE. UH, THE SECOND ONE IS OUR PARK INSPECTIONS, UH, AND EVALUATIONS. THAT'S DONE BY OUR, OUR PARKS REC DEPARTMENT HAS CERTIFIED PLAYGROUND SAFETY INSPECTORS ON THERE. THAT'S A, A CERTIFICATION THAT OUR EMPLOYEES GET, THAT THEY ACTUALLY GO OUT AND, AND MAKE SURE THINGS ARE SAFE. WE ALSO HAVE A, A VARIETY OF CONSTRUCTION CREWS THAT GO IN AND DO EVALUATIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, UH, TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND JUST THE, THE AESTHETICS AND EVERYTHING ARE MET ON THAT. SO THAT WAS THE SECOND COMPONENT. THEN THE THIRD IS, IS THE MARKET RESEARCH, UH, THE MARKET RESEARCH. AND THAT INCLUDES THE COUNCIL INITIATIVES, THEIR GUESTS OR OUR COMMUNITY REQUESTS AND INDUSTRY TRENDS. UH, SOMETHING KIND OF JUST, UH, LIKE PICKLEBALL FOR INSTANCE IS AN INDUSTRY TREND THAT, UH, HAS COME UP REALLY QUICK AND MIGHT HAVE MISSED OUR MASTER PLAN FOUR OR FIVE YEARS AGO, BUT WE WANNA MAKE SURE WE ADDRESS 'EM. SO WE, WE STILL DO LOOK AT THINGS LIKE THAT AS WELL. AND ONCE WE, UH, LOOK AT ALL THOSE THINGS, WE, WE DEVELOP A PROJECT THAT FITS IN ONE OF THESE THREE CATEGORIES, RIGHT? UH, WE HAVE AN ANNUAL REHAB. WE'LL GET INTO ALL THESE REALLY BRIEFLY IN KIND OF THE PROS OF EACH OF 'EM, BUT THE FIRST ONE IS THE ANNUAL REHAB AND IMPROVEMENT. THE SECOND ARE PARK TRANSFORMATIONS, AND THIRD IS OUR PARK DEVELOPMENT. AND SO WE HAVE, EACH ONE OF THOSE IS PRIORITIZED, BUT THEN WE CONSOLIDATE ALL OF THOSE, AND THEN THAT'S OUR FIVE YEAR PLAN MOVING FORWARD. DOES THAT, DOES EVERYBODY GOT THAT? SO THE FIRST ONE IS OUR ANNUAL REHAB AND IMPROVEMENT. UH, THIS IS THE ONE THAT'S KIND OF BOUNCED AROUND IN, IN PREVIOUS FUNDINGS. IT WAS IN MDD, IT WAS IN OPERATIONS. AND, UH, FOR THIS YEAR IT WAS IN, UH, ACTUALLY, WE'LL, UM, SOME DISCUSSIONS RIGHT BEFORE I WALKED IN. UM, I THINK WE ARE GOING TO TRY TO PUT THIS, UH, IN OPERATIONS. WE, WE WENT BACK AND FORTH ON THIS AND, UM, YOU KNOW, THE, WE WANTED TO SHOW THIS TO YOU TODAY, NO MATTER WHAT, UM, TO KIND OF REINFORCE THE DIFFERENT, UH, PLANNING AND, UM, ASSET MANAGEMENT APPROACHES THAT, UH, THE DEPARTMENT TAKES. UM, AT FIRST WE WERE CONSIDERING HAVING THIS IN THE, UM, CCIP. UH, WE THINK IT WOULD PROBABLY BE BEST, UH, IN MAINTENANCE. AND, UM, I THINK WE'RE GONNA GO AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THAT THAT IS INCLUDED THERE, BUT IT DOESN'T TAKE AWAY FROM THE MESSAGE, UM, OF [00:10:01] THESE KIND OF THIS THREE-PRONGED APPROACH. YEAH. AND, AND THE, THESE PROJECTS, WHEREVER THEY'RE FUNDED, THESE ARE REALLY, THE, THE BENEFIT OF THESE PROJECTS ARE THAT THEY'RE THE EASIEST AND THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO MAINTAIN A STANDARD IN A PARK. UH, THESE ARE DONE BY IN-HOUSE EMPLOYEES. THESE DON'T TAKE, UM, ANY KIND OF, UH, SER OR THEY DON'T TAKE ANY KIND OF, UM, DESIGN PROCESS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. A LOT OF THIS IS LIKE PLUG AND PLAY AMENITIES IN A PARK, UM, THAT IF YOU DIDN'T GO TO THAT PARK ALL THE TIME, YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN REALIZE IT'S BEING DONE. RIGHT. WE CAN TAKE OUT OUTDATED PLAYGROUND STRUCTURES OR PLAYGROUND AMENITIES. WE CAN PUT NEW ONES IN THERE WITH OUR CERTIFIED STAFF. A LOT OF DEPARTMENTS DON'T HAVE THAT. THAT'S A BENEFIT PARK, BAYTOWN, PARKS AND RECREATION THAT WE CAN DO A LOT OF THIS STUFF IN HOUSE. AND AGAIN, IF YOU DIDN'T GO TO THE PARK DAILY OR WASN'T IN YOUR DISTRICT, YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN REALIZE IT'S BEING DONE. UH, AND, AND AGAIN, IT'S THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO, TO KEEP A PARK AT A NICE STANDARD. UH, THE LIST FOR THESE, UM, THE FIRST ONE THERE IS, UH, IS, IS A, LOOKS LIKE A BUNDLE BECAUSE IT IS, UH, THOSE ARE SMALL PARKS. IT'S BROWNWOOD, BROWNWOOD AND DALE STREET. DALE STREET'S LIKE A RESIDENTIAL LOT SIZE PARK. SO YOU SEE THREE PARKS AND YOU SEE $250,000, BUT THAT'S TO LITERALLY PLUG AND PLAY TO REMOVE THE PLAYGROUND STRUCTURE, REMOVE SWING SETS, WHATEVER. AND, AND THEN AGAIN, IN-HOUSE STAFF PUT THOSE, UH, A NEW PLAYGROUND OR WHATEVER BACK IN ITS PLACE. AND THEN, UH, SO THESE ARE THE, THE, THE PLAYGROUNDS OR THE PLAY STRUCTURES THAT ARE EITHER THE OLDEST OR THE MOST OUTDATED. AND THOSE ARE DETERMINED BY OUR STAFF DOING THEIR INSPECTIONS AND ALL THAT. RIGHT? SO, UM, OUR, OUR PLAYGROUNDS USE A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS, SO WE CAN'T JUST LOOK AT THE DATE BECAUSE SOME OF 'EM HOLD UP BETTER THAN OTHERS. THE LOCATION, LIKE ROSELAND, FOR INSTANCE, THE FLOODS, YOU KNOW, THINGS LIKE THAT, THAT'S ALL PRIORITIZED THROUGH THE, THOSE INSPECTIONS. SO THAT IS OUR LIST OF, OF THOSE, IF YOU NOTICE THAT, AGAIN, NOT TO BE HORSE, BUT EACH ONE OF THOSE HAS A YEAR FUNDING AND THEN NO PRIOR OR POST YEAR. IT'S JUST ONE YEAR. 'CAUSE WE ATTACK IT THE ONE TIME WE'RE DONE WITH IT. RIGHT. CAN I ASK A QUESTION HERE? UM, JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE, I, I THINK I KNOW OF THREE PARKS IN PARTICULAR. I'M LOOKING AT BUOY. WE HAVE THREE THAT I KNOW ABOUT THAT ARE ON PROPERTY OWNED BY GOOSE CREEK. WHAT IS THE HISTORY ON THAT AND HOW DID WE END UP HAVING TO, HOW, HOW DID WE END UP, LIKE, CAN WE GIVE THAT BACK TO THEM AND THAT BE THEIR, THEIR MAINTENANCE ISSUE? AND SO THERE'S, THERE'S INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS TO THOSE THAT EITHER PARTY CAN GET OUT OF, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THERE'S LIKE THE BLUE ONE, THERE'S TRAVIS, TRAVIS, THERE WAS LEE, AND THEN THERE'S THE LEE HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTY THAT, OR WHATEVER IT'S CALLED. SORRY. UH, I HAVE IT HERE. SORRY. AND IT JUST BEING LATE. BUT THERE'S LIKE SOME, I I JUST, THE ONLY REASON I'M BRINGING THAT UP HERE IN HIGH SCHOOL, OPEN SPACE, LIKE SOME OF THOSE PARKS THAT ARE IN OUR, IN OUR LIST OF PARKS, LIKE WE GIVE TOGETHER THOSE BACK TO THE SCHOOLS AND LET THEM DEAL WITH THEM. AND THE ONE THAT COMES UP TO ME, AND I, I'M BRINGING THIS UP SINCE IT'S CIP AND WE'RE TALKING MONEY LIKE ME JUST KNOWING, UM, MANPOWER, RESOURCES AND AVAILABILITY TO THE COMMUNITY. I'M GONNA BRING IT TRAVIS, I BROUGHT IT UP BEFORE IN WRITING, UM, THE ACCESSIBILITY TO THAT COMMUNITY BECAUSE GOOSE CREEK HAS FENCED IT OFF, TAKEN AWAY. THE PARKING WE'RE STILL MAINTAINING. AND IT, FOR ME, IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF PARK REPLACEMENT AND ALL THAT. IT'S THE CREW. THE CREW HAS TO GO THERE. WE'RE LIABLE FOR THINGS GOING ON OVER THERE, AND THE COMMUNITY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO PARK AND PLAY. AND SO, UM, I I WOULD REALLY, UM, SAY IT AGAIN FOR EVERYBODY. I'D LIKE TO REVISIT THOSE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS AND GIVE THEM BACK THEIR PROPERTY. WELL, AND THAT'S CERTAINLY SOMETHING THAT WE CAN TALK ABOUT, YOU KNOW, IN, IN GENERAL. UM, YOU KNOW, WE HAVE YOU IN, I GUESS IN TERMS OF THE PRIORITIZATIONS BASED ON WHAT'S OUT THERE AND, AND THE CONDITION AND, UM, KIND OF, YOU KNOW, WHAT THE SCHEDULE MIGHT LOOK LIKE FOR THOSE TWO. WE'RE TALKING 28 AND 29, SO, UH, WE CERTAINLY HAVE TIME TO, UH, REVISIT THOSE TWO AS WELL AS ANY OTHER AREAS WHERE WE HAVE THOSE IN OUR LOCAL AGREEMENTS. AND, UM, YOU KNOW, WE CAN MAKE SOME POLICY DECISIONS WELL BEFORE, UH, THESE COME UP. I JUST DON'T WANT IT TO BECOME AN OUT OF SIGHT OUTTA MIND THING. 'CAUSE I I, I KNOW THAT WE HAVE SO MANY MOVING PARTS RIGHT NOW AND UH, 'CAUSE I EVEN DO THAT. I SEE IT AND THEN I REMEMBER, AND THEN SOMETHING ELSE COMES UP, YOU KNOW, THAT IT'S MORE IMMEDIATE OR WHATEVER. AND SO I, I JUST THINK THAT THAT'S AN AREA TOO, THAT WE CAN SAVE MONEY AND MANPOWER. AND IF OUR CITIZENS AREN'T ALLOWED TO GET TO 'EM FOR HOURS, THEN COUNCIL RENTED PARTS IF YOU'LL YEAH, WE CAN, UH, WE CAN DO THAT BECAUSE I'VE HAD DISCUSSIONS AMERICAN. YEAH, THAT'S, AND YEAH. 'CAUSE I'VE HAD DISCUSSIONS THAT I, I REALLY HAVE HEARTBURN WHEN IT COMES TO SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY ON PARK OR PROPERTIES THAT WE DON'T OWN. YES, SIR. BUT, YOU KNOW, I'LL, I'LL TELL YOU THE, THE AMOUNT WE GET FROM STREET MAINTENANCE SALES TAX IS BASED ON SALES TAX REVENUES ARE NOT BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF INFRASTRUCTURE WE HAVE TO MAINTAIN. SO IT'S, YOU KNOW, WE'RE, WE'RE USING THOSE DOLLARS THE BEST WE CAN, BUT IT'S NOT, WE'RE NOT GETTING THE AMOUNT OF SALES TAX THAT, YOU KNOW, IS REALLY NEEDED TO MAINTAIN THE INFRASTRUCTURE. WELL, PHASE ONE AND TWO ARE COMPLETE, WHICH TOOK IT FROM 1 46 TO, UM, IS IT ARCHER, ARCHER, ARCHER, UH, SO WITHIN THAT, THAT'S A CON CONCRETE STREET. SO WE DID CONCRETE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION WHERE WE TIE THE PANELS TOGETHER, UM, AND NOW BAR RETROFITTING, CROSS STITCHING, AND THEN WE GO AND DO THE GRINDING. SO PROVIDE A SMOOTH SURFACE. UM, WE'RE TRYING TO PAY THAT OFF. UM, THEN WE HAVE, YOU KNOW, WE, WE JUST TALKED ABOUT THE PARKS REHAB PROJECTS THAT ARE GONNA GET SOME FUNDING AND TOM BECOMES THE AREA APART. AND FRANK, REAL QUICK, JUST TO AVOID CONFUSION, UM, THE NUMBERS THAT WE HAD IN THE PARK'S PRESENTATION WERE TWO 50 AND 200. UM, AND THAT DOES REFLECT, I BELIEVE OUR LATEST PROJECTIONS ON THOSE TWO. SO THAT FREED UP ABOUT $750,000 FROM THE, UH, SECOND PROJECT THAT WE CAN USE. AND SO THAT IS GONNA SUPPLEMENT SOME OF THE OTHER PROJECTS. UH, GARTH ROAD WIDENING, AS I SAID, THAT AN FY 25, THAT PROJECT WILL, UH, READY TO BID THE ROADWAY FOR SEGMENTS, UH, A AND B. SO WE'LL NEED TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE OUR GRANT MATCH FOR THAT. AND, UM, AND THEN TO KEEP THE, YOU KNOW, THE, THE OVERALL PROJECT MOVING, WE NEED TO, WE, WE'VE ALREADY STARTED DESIGN OF SEGMENTS, C, D AND E, WHICH TAKES IT FROM ARCHER TO BAKER. UH, SO THE NEXT PART IS TO ACQUIRE RIGHT OF WAY AND WE NEED TO DO THAT IN FY 25. AND WE WE'RE ESTIMATING ABOUT TWO AND A HALF MILLION DOLLARS FOR RIGHT OF WAY. SO WE HAD ABOUT $200,000 THAT'S GONNA BE TAKEN FROM THE REMAINDER OF THAT DESIGN AND PUT INTO THE SIGNAL MODERNIZATION. SO, UH, YOU'LL SEE PROBABLY COMING TO COUNCIL, NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE A, UH, REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF ON COMMUNITY CENTER AND BE OVER A MILLION DOLLARS PARK. CITY HALL. WE'VE GOT, UH, SOME, UH, NOT A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT, BUT WE HAVE WORKED IN CITY HALL'S, ROOF, CW, SAME THING. UH, SO WE PUT THAT AS A PRIORITY TO THE ROOF SYSTEM BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, ONCE YOUR ROOF GOES THEN IT'S CAUSING A LOT OF OTHER PROBLEMS. AND YOU WANNA HIT THAT SECOND TO LAST SLIDE REAL QUICK. UM, THAT SHOWS, UM, WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT. THE, UH, MOST OF THESE ARE GONNA BE, UM, REPRIORITIZATION WITHIN THAT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT THAT WE TALKED ABOUT LAST YEAR. OBVIOUSLY WHEN WE STARTED LOOKING AT ROOFS AND THINGS THAT ARE CRITICAL, UM, YOU KNOW, WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE TO LOOK AT, UM, UH, AT KIND OF REASSESSING WHERE WE ARE AND WE DID TALK ABOUT THAT LAST YEAR THAT HEY, IF THINGS LIKE THIS CAME UP, WE BRING THOSE BACK TO YOU ALL. UM, AND I KNOW THAT, UH, WE'RE GONNA HAVE FUTURE DISCUSSIONS. UH, THE EOC EXPANSION THAT IS A GRANT. I BELIEVE THERE'S A MATCH THAT, UM, THAT UH, WE WOULD NEED TO FIND, UH, TO PURSUE THAT PROJECT. AND, UH, THE OTHERS ARE ALL PRETTY MUCH EXISTING. UM, WITHIN FACILITY FOUNDATION IS FUNDED. WE JUST GOT $2 MILLION IN DEBT FOR THAT PROJECT, THIS FISCAL YEAR SIGN SHOP, UM, MONEY FROM PROJECT, WHICH IS COMPLETE. BRUNON IS, UH, BUILDING OUT A STUDIO AND INTERIOR, THAT FRONT AFFAIRS AND THAT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. THAT 70,000 WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. AND THAT'S ATTACHED TO MONEY THAT YOU ONLY USE USED YES. FOR CERTAIN TECHNOLOGIES, CORRECT? UM, THE ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION AND ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT, YES.
