1. CITIZEN COMMENTS Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, prohibits the Community Development Advisory Committee from discussing, deliberating, or considering, subjects for which public notice has not been given on the agenda. Issues that cannot be referred to the administration for action may be placed on the agenda of a future Community Development Advisory Committee Session.

2. PUBLIC HEARINGS

a. Conduct a public hearing regarding the City of Baytown Community Development Block Grant funding for the 2024-2025 program year.

3. MANAGER'S REPORT

a. Receive the Community Development Manager's Report.
