THE, UM, THAT WAS, THAT REQUEST WAS FOR A 9% TAX CREDIT, [00:15:01] WHICH WAS A COMPETITIVE TAX CREDIT. UM, THE, AT THE TIME, WHAT WAS PART OF THAT WAS A LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM THE CITY, AS WELL AS A SMALL CASH CONTRIBUTION OF, UH, AT LEAST $500, WHICH WE WERE GOING TO DO THROUGH, UM, PER WAIVING OF PERMIT FEES. UM, SINCE THAT WAS A COMPETITIVE, UH, UH, TAX CREDIT THAT THEY, THEY DIDN'T, UH, THEY DIDN'T HIT ALL THE MARKS, SO THEY DIDN'T, UH, END UP WITH THAT TAX CREDIT. THEY'RE NOW COMING BACK BEFORE YOU ASKING FOR A FOUR FOR SUPPORT ON A 4% TAX CREDIT, WHICH IS PART OF THE SAME PROGRAM OR SIMILAR PROGRAM, UH, THAT YOU, WE WOULD, THE CITY WOULD, UM, LET ME BACK UP.
