AND THEN THE FINAL ITEM THAT'S ON YOUR SCREEN IS THE ANNEXATION AND REZONE AT 140 SIXTH AND FM 1405.

UH, THAT ONE HAS BEEN DELAYED.

AGAIN, THAT ONE HAS BEEN ON THE BOOKS SINCE LIKE NOVEMBER, PROBABLY SEPTEMBER, SEPTEMBER.

SO YOU GUYS SAW THAT QUITE A WHILE AGO IN TERMS OF THE REZONE.

BUT THERE, THERE ARE STILL SOME ITEMS THAT ARE UP IN THE AIR.

WE ARE WORKING WITH THE, WITH THE DEVELOPER TO FIND A, A COMPROMISED SOLUTION, WHICH HOPEFULLY WE'LL SEE SOMETHING ON THAT NEXT MONTH.

UH, THE OTHER ITEMS THAT I HAVE, LET'S SEE.

I MENTIONED THE TRAINING.

UH, WE, WE HAVE RECENTLY HAD AN UPDATE ON THE, UM, THE ULDC UH, OVERHAUL.

SO THE CONSULTANT WAS IN TOWN LAST WEEK AND WENT THROUGH THE FIRST MODULE.

THE, THE UPDATE IS BEING PRESENTED IN THREE MODULES TO BREAK IT UP A LITTLE BIT.

SO THE FIRST MODULE WAS, UH, PRESENTED AND REVIEWED BY STAFF AND BY OUR ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

AND FEEDBACK WAS GIVEN TO OUR CONSULTANT.

THEY'RE GONNA GO BACK AND MAKE SOME CHANGES BASED ON THAT AND HOPEFULLY COME BACK WITH THE SECOND MODULE IN FRANKIE IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS.

MODULE TWO, UH, IT'LL WE'LL BE RECEIVING AT THE FIRST TRANSITION IN, SORRY, IN JUNE, AND THEN IT'LL BE FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION IN SEPTEMBER.

SO JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, THAT IS MOVING FORWARD.

YOU GUYS WILL GET TO SEE THAT, UH, ONCE WE HAVE THINGS THAT ARE A LITTLE MORE SOLID.
