UH, CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE MORATORIUM, UH, FOR ANY NEW MULTIFAMILY ZONING THAT IS, UH, IN PLACE UNTIL JULY 1ST, WHICH WILL ALLOW US TO COMPLETE OUR HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND THEN KIND OF STEP BACK WITH THAT INFORMATION AND DECIDE WHERE TO TAKE THINGS FROM THERE.

WHETHER THAT'S A POLICY CHANGE, WHETHER THAT IS A, UH, CODE CHANGE OR, OR WHETHER THERE'S NO CHANGE.

UM, SO WE'LL WE WILL, UM, WE'LL DECIDE THAT WHEN, WHEN THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT IS IS FINISHED.

THE, UH, REZONE FOR BLUE HERON PARKWAY, IF YOU GUYS REMEMBER IT WAS 107 ACRES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BLUE HERON.

UM, THAT WAS A CITY INITIATED REZONE THAT HAS BEEN APPROVED.

UM, SO, UH, AND, AND I THINK, UH, GENERALLY WHAT WE HEARD FROM COUNCIL WAS THAT THEY WERE APPRECIATIVE THAT, THAT WE WERE WILLING TO KIND OF STEP BACK AND LOOK AT SOME OF THESE AREAS AND SAY, OKAY, HOW CAN WE, UM, PLAN THESE IN A, IN A, UH, UM, IN A CONSOLIDATED OR IN A MASTER PLAN SORT OF WAY, LIKE OVER TIME HOW, WHAT, WHAT MAKES SENSE? BUT ALSO THE FACT THAT WE BROUGHT IN THE, THE, UM, THE PUBLIC FEEDBACK AND, AND THAT INPUT THAT THAT WAS.

SO WE GOT SOME GOOD FEEDBACK ON THAT.

SO YOU'LL PROBABLY SEE A COUPLE OF MORE OF THOSE FROM US, UM, AS WE GO FORWARD WHERE WE SEE A LOT OF GREEN ON THE MAP AND, AND THOSE AREAS NEED ATTENTION, UM, THEN WE'LL BE BRINGING THOSE FORWARD.

UH, AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, UH, THERE WAS A VARIANCE GRANTED, UH, TO THE STREETSIDE SETBACK, UH, AT 2000 NEW JERSEY STREET, UH, AND , I WASN'T AT THAT MEETING.

SO THEY, UM, REDUCED THE STREETSIDE SETBACK BECAUSE IT'S ON A CORNER.

THERE'S A 15 INSTEAD OF 10 FOOT SETBACK ON THE STREET SIDE.

SO FOR VISUAL, THEY, UM, THEY PUT IT AT 15 INSTEAD OF 10, BUT THEY WANTED A VARIANCE BECAUSE THIS IS IN AN OLDER PART OF TOWN AND IT WAS AT 10 FEET BEFORE THE STRUCTURE THAT WAS THERE BEFORE WAS DEMOLISHED AND THEY WERE GOING TO BUILD A RESIDENTIAL HOME, AN INFILL PROJECT, AND, UM, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVED IT.
