SO IF YOU WERE EVERGREEN, WE HAD AN EVENT PLANNED AND THE SYSTEM WENT DOWN, THEN FIRE WATCH COULD BE USED FOR AN EVENT OR TWO WHILE THEY'RE GETTING THE SYSTEM UP.
IT'S REALLY A TEMPORARY FIX, NOT MEANT TO BE USED BY
SO WE KIND OF PUSHED BACK ON THAT A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE THAT'S NOT THE INTENT TO DO THAT.
WE WOULD, WE'D HAVE TO HAVE A COMMITMENT THAT WE WERE GOING TO SPRINKLE, UH, THE COMMUNITY CENTER.
UM, HOW FAR ARE WE, I KNOW THAT WE'VE KIND OF ENTERTAINED IDEAS OF RENOVATING, UM, CITY HALL AND EVEN THAT'S YEARS NOT A COUNCIL PRIORITY.
SO AS IT STANDS NOW, CLIFF, THE HOUSE ROOM WOULD BE ALLOWED TO DESERVE ALCOHOL OR NOT.
DID WE TALK ABOUT THAT? MAY THERE'S A SAY TEJAS, MAYBE BE BETTER ON SIX.
THE TEJAS ROOM, YOU, THE MAX OCCU OCCUPANCY YOU CAN HAVE IN THERE WOULD BE 50 PEOPLE.
AND THAT WOULD, IT'S ONLY GOT ONE EXITS UNDER THERE.
AND THEN IF YOU'RE GONNA DO ALCOHOL, IT WOULDN'T BE SOMETHING YOU WOULD WANT TO HAVE A VENDOR MAINTENANCE A PRIVATE THING.

SEWER IS OFF THE TABLE AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED 'CAUSE JUST WE HAVE PUT IN ANOTHER LIFT STATION DESIGN SIZE AND COST OF THAT WOULD JUST BE EXTRAORDINARY.
PROVIDING WATER, WE CAN PUSH WATER ANYWHERE.
SO THAT'S WHY I'VE ASKED, SEE MANAGER AND FRANK.

AND THE, UH, SALMON AREA IS THE CITY LIMITS.
SO WE WOULD, UH, IT'S UH, 5,200 FEET FROM, UH, MAY ISLAND BOULEVARD TO, UH, RIGHT LANE TO PROVIDE SERVICE THERE.
UH, THE SERVICE, THE REQUIREMENTS WE ARE WORKING UNDER IS, UH, WITHIN OUR SYSTEM.
WE HAVE TO MAINTAIN 35 PSI IN NORMAL CONDITIONS AND 20 PSI UNDER FIRE FLOOR CONDITIONS.
THAT'S OUR, UH, TCEQ REQUIREMENTS.
AND OUR ORDINANCE STATES THAT WE'RE REQUIRED TO, UH, HAVE FIRE HYDRANT SPACE, UH, 500 FEET WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA.
UH, SO GIVEN THAT, UM, WE PROPOSED TO RUN EXTENDABLE 12 INCH LINE DOWN TRI-CITY BEACH ROAD TO, UH, RIGHT LANE, UH, IT IS PLE UH, HAVING DONE ALL OF THE ANALYSIS ON THE SIZE REQUIRED BECAUSE IT REALLY WILL ULTIMATELY DEPEND ON THE DEVELOPMENT THAT OCCURS ON THE AREA TO THE EAST OF TRI-CITY, BEACH ROAD.
SO THAT AREA WILL DEVELOP AS, UH, RESIDENTIAL AND IT WILL BE SERVED, UH, WITH, YOU KNOW, AS IT DEVELOPS.

UM, SO, YOU KNOW, MY, MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT IT WOULD BE DEVELOPMENT DRIVEN.

UM, I'VE HAD CONVERSATIONS WITH MANAGEMENT ABOUT CREATING A SECOND TURS AND UH, WE WANT, I'M WORKING ON THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SECOND TOURS THAT WE WOULD PRESENT TO YOU GUYS FIRST AND YOU WOULD ALL HAVE TO AGREE WITH IT.

THIS IS A CITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT AND I THINK, UM, COUNCIL LESTER, YOU AND I TALKED ABOUT THIS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO ABOUT WE CAN USE A TURS TO BE ABLE TO SERVICE THESE PEOPLE WHO'VE BEEN IN THE CITY FOR DECADES WHO'VE NOT GOTTEN THESE SERVICES.

AND WITH THAT YOU'LL NEED BOTH WATER AND SEWER DOWN THERE.
SO I THINK HORN IS, WE MET A COUPLE MONTHS AGO WITH THEM.
WE TALKED ABOUT THE FACT THAT WE NEED TO HAVE A STATION OR SOME TYPE OF PACKAGE SERVICE THAT THAT IS GONNA BE DOWN THAT DIRECTION.
WE'VE GOT BAWA EAST RIGHT DOWN THAT DIRECTION THAT COULD BE FILLED, UH, TO THE WEST.
AND THEN WE HAVE THE CENTRAL LINE OF THE WHI AREA THAT CAN COME SOUTH.
SO WE CAN CREATE A LOOP OF WATER.
