a.   Consider a resolution granting the petition for the proposed annexation of approximately 18.95 acres of land situated in the William Hilbus Survey, Abstract No. 336, Harris County, Texas, located generally south of Interstate-Highway 10 between Thompson Road and Wade Road. Click to View
 
b.   Consider a resolution granting consent to the inclusion of 2.1131 acres out of the George Ellis League, A-21, in Harris County, Texas, being located North of Wallisville Road, East of Garth Road, North of I-10 and West of N. MANAGER'S REPORT 
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 551.0415 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council of the City of Baytown may receive a report about items of community interest from City staff and/or a member of the City Council, but no action or possible action shall be taken or discussed concerning the subject of such report, except as provided by Section 551.042 of the Texas Government Code.
 
8. COUNCIL MEMBER DISTRICT REPORT
 
a. Receive a report from Council Member Mike Lester as it relates to Council District No. Six.
 
9. EXECUTIVE SESSION
 
a.   Recess into and conduct an executive session pursuant to Sections 551.071 and 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect and to seek the advice of the City's attorneys on legal matters related thereto. Click to View
