IS THAT, I THINK IT IS. I THINK THIS IS THE LEGAL, UM, ITEM. IS THIS THE ONE THAT ESTABLISHES THE BASE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CITY? SO THIS IS THE, UH, PROPANE TANK FOR THE, UM, NEW INDUSTRIAL PROP THAT WE HAVE OUT THERE. LAST YEAR WHEN WE WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS, UM, THE TANK WAS NOT INCLUDED, UH, WHEN WE STARTED CONSTRUCTION, SO WE HAD TO ADD IT LATER. UM, THE CITY FUNDED THE FIRST PORTION OF IT AND, UM, THE SECOND PORTION AND FINAL PORTION WILL BE FUNDED THROUGH THIS PROCESS. SO THE TANK'S OUT THERE AND IT'S FULL OF PROPANE AND IT'S READY FOR THE NEXT. ONCE UPON A TIME WE THOUGHT WE COULD RENT THE TANK, RIGHT? THEN IT CAME TO PASS THAT WE DIDN'T READ THE FINE PARENTHESIS. YOU GOTTA BUY ALL OUR PROPANE FROM US IN ORDER TO DO THAT. AND THEN WE SAID, UH, WE DIDN'T WANNA DO IT. THAT PROBABLY DOESN'T PASS PURCHASING MUSTER. SO WE DECIDED TO GO THE PURCHASE ROUTE ON THE TANK AND, AND IN THE LONG RUN, IT'LL, IT'LL PROVE BETTER FOR US. I THINK. SO IF YOU WOULD RENT THE TANK, WHOEVER YOU'RE RENTING IT FROM, YOU'LL HAVE TO BUY ALL THE PROPANE FROM THEM, CORRECT. AT WHATEVER PRICE THEY SIGN AT WHATEVER PRICE. YEAH. THAT, THAT, THAT TURNED OUT TO BE THIS WHY WE HAVE OUR OWN TANK AND WE CAN GET BIDS OR, AND WE CAN NOW CONTROL THE COSTS TO SOME DEGREE, UH, OF THE PROPANE AND PROPANE ACCESSORIES. OF THE $77,000 PURCHASE, SOMETHING LIKE THAT. CORRECT? YEAH. JUST OVER 77,000. AND, UM, WE, WE ALSO WERE CONCERNED THAT I THINK INITIALLY WE, WE HAD LOOKED AT A TANK THAT WAS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE SIZE WAS NOT ADEQUATE. YOU HAVE A SMALL TANK OUT THERE FOR THE BURN BUILDING. YEAH. WE REALIZED THAT WASN'T GONNA WORK. SO THIS ONE HAS TO BE A HUMDINGER. AND WHEN WE ORIGINALLY WERE LOOKING A NEW TANK WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. THAT'S WHY WE WERE LOOKING AT THE LEASE OPTION. SO ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, HOPEFULLY BY THE END OF FEBRUARY WILL BE UP AND RUNNING. UH, WE DO HAVE FUEL, SO ALL WE'RE WAITING ON IS THEM TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE US TO FINISH THEIR WORK. SO I WOULD IMAGINE THAT THE INDUSTRIAL FIRE PROPS WILL BE SIMILAR ONCE IT REALLY GETS STARTED AND PEOPLE START KNOWING THAT WE CAN DO THAT. I THINK WE'RE GONNA BE FULL A PRETTY GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME AND I'LL START HAVING REPORTS WHEN WE COME IN. I'LL GIVE YOU A REPORT OF HOW OFTEN IT'S BEING USED AND BY WHOM TO SOME EXTENT.
