a. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 98 "Utilities," Article III "Water Service," Section 98-59 "Rates," Subsection (a) and Article IV "Sewer Service," Section 98-91, Sewer Service Charge" of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas, to update rates for users outside the city limits.
b. Consider an ordinance adopting the tax rate for General Fund Maintenance and Operations at $0.48931 per $100 valuation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, and adopting the tax rate for Debt Service at $0.29569 per $100 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

a. Consider a resolution granting consent to the inclusion of 0.9414 acres out of the George Ellis League, A-21, in Harris County, Texas, being located South of Wallisville Road, East of Garth Road, North of I-10 and West of N. Main Street, into Spring Meadows Municipal Utility District.
