AND THAT WAS OUR CONCERN AS THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO MAKE SURE WE HAD SOMETHING THAT WAS IDENTIFIABLE TO THE PATROL OFFICERS, THAT IF THEY ENCOUNTER SOMEONE AT THEIR RESIDENCE OR CAR, THAT THEY WOULD PICK THAT UP. UH, SO WITH THIS DECAL THAT'S ON HERE, AND THERE'S BEEN SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW BAYTOWN CARES IS ON THERE, UH, IF WE WANTED IT ACROSS THE RIBBON OR ACROSS THE STICKER ITSELF, BUT BASICALLY HOW THIS IS DESIGNED IS WE COULD HAVE THIS STICKER IN HOLE HERE, AND THEN ALSO THERE WOULD BE, UH, A REFLECTIVE MATERIAL PUT IN THE BACKGROUND OF IT, SO THAT WAY IF IT'S ON A VEHICLE OR SOMETHING, IT WOULD PICK UP REFLECTIVE AND ALSO ON A HOME MM-HMM .
