AND THAT WILL BE PARTICIPATION IN OUR CEDAR BY LYNCHBURG ROAD AND JOHN MARTIN ADDITIONAL, UH, ING PROJECT. SO MR. ERY, YOU, UH, YEAH, I'LL ELABORATE ON, PROVIDE JUST A LITTLE SUMMARY AND, AND DAVE, IF I MISS ANYTHING, PLEASE JUMP IN. UM, SO IF Y'ALL REMEMBER YOU PASSED THE, UH, AMENDED PROJECT PLAN AND FINANCE PLAN BACK IN DECEMBER, AND, UM, THE CITY ALSO PASSED THAT. THIS IS THE, THIS IS BASICALLY THE COUNTY'S, UH, PARTICIPATION, UM, AND ALL THOSE CHANGES. SO THIS IS OUR FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL WITH HARRIS COUNTY AND THE CITY. UM, THE COUNTY PASSED THIS ON FEBRUARY 9TH, AND CITY COUNCIL PASSED IT LAST WEEK. AND THIS DOES A COUPLE THINGS. ONE, IT A ACCEPTS THE PROJECT PLAN AMENDMENT, UM, AND THE EXPANSION OF THE TURS, UM, WHICH YOU ALL APPROVED IN DECEMBER. IT PUTS THE COUNTY PARTICIPATION RATE AT 75% OF ITS TAX, UH, RATE NOT TO EXCEED 30 CENTS. AND IT ALSO EXTENDS THE PARTICIPATION OF HARRIS COUNTY AND THE TOURS, UH, THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST, 2044. UH, WHICH SHOULD GET US LONG ENOUGH OUT TO PAY FOR THESE TWO PROJECTS. AND REMARKABLY, THAT WILL BE MR. WILSON'S HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY THAT YEAR. SO WE'LL BE HAVING A DOUBLE CELEBRATION. NINE.
