WE WILL BE, UM, RECESSING INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.IT'S, SO WE WILL NOW RECESS AND, AND INTO AND CONVENE AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 5 5 1 0.071 AND 5 5 1 0.087 TO DELIBERATE THE OFFER OF AFIN OF A FINANCIAL OR OTHER INCENTIVE TO A BUSINESS PROSPECT AND TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS ON LEGAL MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
