AND SO NOW AT 4,300 NORTH MAIN STREET, THAT THAT PARTICULAR AREA IS NOW ZONED GENERAL COMMERCIAL AND, UH, WHICH WAS THE UNDERLYING ZONING DISTRICT OF THE PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
UH, ALSO WE WERE JUST TALKING ABOUT THE AREA, UH, THAT I'M JUST GONNA GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON IS THAT THAT WHOLE AREA OR THE ONE PIECE THAT, THAT EMILIO HAD BEEN DISCUSSING, UM, THAT, THAT ONE PIECE PLUS EVERYTHING ELSE OF THE A HUNDRED ACRES, UM, TO THE SOUTH, TO THE EAST AND TO THE WEST OF THAT WAS JUST REZONED FROM OPEN SPACE RECREATIONAL TO SF ONE ZONING DISTRICT.
